Biology in Mental Illness 1
Description
This module introduces the student to the key biological concepts including the neuroscience underpinning physical and mental illness as applied to psychiatric nursing. It will adress the epidemiology, pathophysiology, biological theories and treatment of major chronic and highly morbid conditions that present to the health care services.
