Editing 2

Intermediate digital editing, further developing the practical skills and aesthetic understanding gained in Editing 1.

1. Demonstrate knowledge of the history and development of picture and sound editing.

2. Utilise a digital editing software with technical proficiency.

3. Implement the editing workflow from ingest to output.

4. Through formal analysis, identify and apply in the editing practice an aesthetic understanding of fiction and non-fiction formats.

5. Import stills, graphics, video and sound files of various formats into an editing project and create outputs for different platforms
